Remuneration: OTE $75,000 - $110,000 + uncapped incentives and rewards.

Are you an experienced retail leader ready to take the next big step in your career? Secrets is looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager & Business Leader to lead from the front — inspiring your team, growing a loyal client base, and delivering outstanding sales and service results.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead, coach, and develop a retail team

Drive sales growth through strategic planning and flawless execution

Build and maintain strong client relationships to grow customer loyalty

Deliver unforgettable customer experiences aligned with our premium service standards

Own the store’s performance metrics and ensure KPIs are consistently exceeded

Champion the Secrets culture and represent our brand with pride

What we’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years' experience in retail or sales

At least 2 years’ experience managing a store and leading a team

A proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

Exceptional customer service and sales skills — you know how to create magic in-store

Commercially savvy, with a strong understanding of retail operations

Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

A genuine "people person" who builds trust, motivates others, and leads by example
