About the role
Are you someone who thrives off Sales, Motivating a Team, & Leading from the Front? If you're passionate about leadership, and have an interest in Tools & DIY projects we want you to be our next Store Manager.
As the Store Manager, you’ll oversee all day-to-day operations of our Gawler SA Store, ensuring everything runs smoothly while delivering top-notch customer service to fellow DIYers, Tradies, Apprentices, and everyone inbetween!
You’ll be in charge of:
Managing staff and building a high-performance team
Driving sales to achieve business goals
Keeping the store organised and stocked with the latest and best Tools, Equipment, Accessories & Safety products
Engaging & sharing knowledge and advice to customers
Developing creative strategies to enhance store performance
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in Management
Strong Leadership and People Skills
Excellent Communication skills with a Customer-First mentality
A Positive, Can-Do Attitude and a Willingness to go the extra mile
Must Have:
Australian work rights
Ideally 2-5 years management/leadership experience
