The Fundraising and Communications Division (FCD) is responsible for creating ways for people to play their part in saving lives and reducing the impact of cancer.

Through a diverse revenue generation program, the Division works to ensure funds are raised from generous Australians through best-practice high volume fundraising approaches; exceptional relationship management of philanthropic partnerships; delivery of iconic fundraising events; and retail product sales and royalties.

About your opportunity

We are seeking a Fundraising Campaigns Coordinator experienced in digital peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns to join the Fundraising and Communications Division. Reporting to the Digital Fundraising Manager your role is to:

  • Lead and deliver best practice fundraising campaigns, primarily peer-to-peer events, from strategy execution to post-campaign evaluation.
  • Monitor live campaign performance using dashboards and analytics tools to optimise fundraising results in real time.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive campaign success across multiple digital channels such as web, social media and email.
  • Schedule WIPs, write campaign briefs, and coordinate with suppliers and national counterparts to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and testing and apply insights to improve supporter experience and campaign outcomes.

All about you

  • You’ve ideally run peer-to-peer fundraising or digital campaigns before and know how to keep things on track, achieve targets and adapt when needed.
  • You’re comfortable using platforms like Funraisin, Campaign Monitor (or similar), and Salesforce (or similar CRM), and you know your way around campaign dashboards and analytics.
  • You have strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle competing deadlines, and collaborate across teams and with external partners.
  • You’re interested in learning more about how Generative AI can improve fundraising results
  • You’re a team player who communicates clearly, solves problems creatively, and bring energy and ideas to everything you do.

What we can offer you

  • Base salary of $73,698 - $79,370 p.a. (dependant on experience, pro rata for part time) plus superannuation (Superannuation paid in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act 1992 (Cth).
