The opportunity

Rainforest Contractors FNQ Pty Ltd is seeking experienced HC Truck Drivers to join our team based in Gordonvale, QLD. In this casual role, you will play a crucial part in our road transport operations, delivering goods across the region.

Key responsibilities

Safely operating and manoeuvring heavy commercial vehicles, truck and tri and quad trailers

Adhering to all traffic laws, safety regulations and company policies

Conducting daily pre-start and post-trip vehicle inspections

Maintaining accurate documentation

Communicating effectively with the dispatch team and clients

What we're looking for

A valid Heavy Combination (HC) driver's licence

At least 2 years' experience driving heavy commercial vehicles

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and customer service skills

Knowledge of the road transport industry and regulations
