Are you a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist looking to make a difference in the lives of others? We are seeking an experienced General Psychologist to join a growing multidisciplinary team supporting individuals across the lifespan in the Illawarra region.

This role offers flexibility to work full-time, part-time, or as a contractor, with a strong focus on mental health, behavioural interventions, and collaborative, person-centred care.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

Provide high-quality psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions

Deliver face-to-face, phone, or telehealth consultations

Support clients across a variety of presentations, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions

Prepare comprehensive reports and treatment plans using recognised psychological tools

Collaborate with other allied health professionals and referrers

Contribute to clinical discussions, supervision, and internal PD

What We’re Looking For

Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA

Experience supporting adult clients (private, EAP, NDIS, or community-based)

Strong clinical formulation, documentation, and therapeutic skills

Confidence in delivering CBT, ACT, trauma-informed and/or other evidence-based modalities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
