We are now seeking an experienced Pharmacy Assistant or Retail Manager to oversee or support our front-of-shop operations. Previous experience as a pharmacy assistant is essential — we’re looking for someone who understands pharmacy workflows, customer needs, and product ranges.

About the Role
This full-time role involves managing or coordinating the day-to-day retail operations of the pharmacy. You’ll work directly with the owner and lead a small, friendly team. The role is suited to someone who has already worked in a pharmacy assistant position and is now ready to take on more responsibility in leadership, operations, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee or assist in daily front-of-shop retail operations

Lead or support the OTC team to deliver outstanding customer service

Provide advice on a wide range of pharmacy and personal care products

Manage or assist with stock control, ordering, and supplier coordination with fellow team members

Maintain clean, well-merchandised, and inviting store presentation

Set up or assist with promotions, catalogues, and marketing activity

Prepare or contribute to staff rosters (not essential)

Collaborate with the dispensary team and pharmacy owner to ensure smooth operations

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Experience working as a pharmacy assistant (essential)

Retail leadership or coordination experience (preferred but not essential)

Strong communication and customer service skills

A positive, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment

Familiarity with POS systems and pharmacy stock management
