Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for excellence in facilities maintenance? We're looking for a Facilities Maintenance Work Supervisor to join our team and ensure that our social & community housing projects are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee and execute projects in line with contractual requirements and company policies.

Quality Assurance: Maintain and promote company values of honesty, integrity, and excellence in all project activities.

Safety First: Uphold a strong safety culture, implementing systems and programs to ensure the safety of all site activities.

Cost and Schedule Control: Manage project costs and schedules effectively, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery.

Client Relations: Foster a professional relationship with clients, safeguarding sensitive information and managing expectations.

Risk Management: Implement risk assessment processes and recommend approaches for high-risk activities.

Training and Development: Identify safety knowledge gaps and ensure targeted training for project staff.

Compliance: Ensure all statutory safety requirements are met, liaising with the FM Team to resolve any issues.

Supervision: Lead and manage in-house tradespeople and subcontractors.

Requirements:

Proven experience in facilities maintenance supervision, in particular within the social and community housing sector

Familiarity with CHiSOR rates

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Working knowledge of residential trades

Desirable:

Wider trade knowledge across the commercial and Heritage sectors

Remuneration:

A salary package starting at $120k pa to be negotiated with the successful candidate, including superannuation. Company work vehicle can be included.
