Tasks & responsibilities

Day-to-day operations of the property management team

Provide direct communication with and assistance to tenants

Respond directly and immediately to property-related issues as they arise

Procure necessary materials or services for property maintenance, as needed

Conducting property inspections with prospective tenants.

Conducting Entry, Exit & Routine inspections

Working closely with prospective tenants to qualify their suitability and qualify their references.

Management of tenant enquiries and coordinating inspection times and access.

Qualifications & experience

Exceptional communication & relationship building skills

Strong time & organisation management with high attention to detail

Natural problem solver with an innate sense of initiative

Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously

Ideally a minimum 12 months Property Management /Customer Service experience. With current certificate

Drivers license
