About the Role
We're looking for reliable, driven, and hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and grow within a team environment. This is a long-term opportunity within our Manufacturing Division, supporting major clients in the Building and Construction industry.

Based in Raglan, Bathurst, this role involves working in a timber mill, assisting with timber production. Duties include (but are not limited to):

• Manual handling and repetitive lifting
• Moving materials and unloading deliveries
• Trade assistance and general yard/workshop cleaning

About You
You're someone who takes pride in your work, values safety, and thrives in a hands-on environment. Ideally, you have:

• At least 12 months of experience in labouring/manual handling
• A current driver's licence and reliable transport
• A strong work ethic and team-first attitude
• The ability to pass random drug and alcohol testing
