One Group Labour Hire is seeking hardworking Recycling Labourers to join our client’s processing plants in Wyong and Somersby Locations, NSW.

What You Need to Know:

• Work in an outdoor yard and shed factory environment
• Very dusty, dirty & physically demanding – not for the faint-hearted
• Strong, confronting smells – waste and recycling materials
• Protective gear provided – masks, gloves & PPE
• Great team & job security – long-term stable work available

About the Role:

As a Recycling Labourer, your role will involve:

• Operating a forklift to move and transport materials
• Factory & yard labouring – sorting, moving, and processing recyclable materials
• Working in a fast-paced, industrial yard setting
• Handling dirty and smelly materials – must be comfortable working in these conditions.
• Operating machinery safely and following strict safety protocols
• Collaborating with a team to meet daily operational targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Forklift Licence & Experience (essential)
• Ability to Pass a Drug Test
• Physically Fit & Able to Perform Heavy Labouring Work
• Clean-Shaven (for proper mask fit)
• Resilient & Hardworking – must be comfortable in a tough, dirty environment
• Reliable & Safety-Conscious
