We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Kentmaster Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting our extensive range of high-quality meat processing equipment across Australia.

You will work closely with abattoirs, meat processors, and service teams to provide customised equipment solutions and support. This is a customer-facing, travel-intensive role that combines technical understanding with strategic sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth by identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the meat processing industry

Conduct on-site visits to understand client operations and recommend appropriate equipment

Prepare and present tailored product proposals and quotations

Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate deliveries, technical support, and after-sales service

Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system

Represent Kentmaster at industry events and trade shows as required

Provide feedback from the field to improve customer experience and product development

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or food equipment sectors

Knowledge of meat processing equipment or experience working in abattoirs is highly desirable

Technical or mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand equipment features and usage

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Willingness to travel extensively within Australia

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office

Current valid driver’s licence
