We are currently seeking an experienced Full Time Storeperson to join our team in Woodville North, SA with immediate start available. You will be reporting to the SA Branch Manager. The role works 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) from 8:00am- 4:00pm (lunch break is 30 minutes unpaid).

Day to Day responsibilities:

If you enjoy working in a close knit team, join our small warehouse team who pick and pack orders for our customers ranging from pool builders, service technicians, pool shop owners and regular consumers (pool owners).

Picking, packing & checking orders for despatch

Maintaining stock in correct locations within the warehouse

Despatch of goods using our delivery ute & through third-party delivery services

Receipt & despatch of goods via computer

Loading & unloading goods, using a forklift

May assist in warranty and customer service

Ability to follow OHS policies and procedures

Keeping the warehouse clean & tidy

Using the computer to enter data & able to use RF scanners

About you:

You'd have previous experience within a similar type role within a busy warehouse.

Attention to detail

Good communication skills, pleasant personality

Comfortable with computers and/or a quick learner

Comfortable with hand held scanners if needed

Highly self-motivated and pro-active

Keen to learn new skills

Team Player who is willing to help out at the office when office team members are on leave (ad hoc only)

Able to lift 15-20 kg on a regular basis

School leavers living in the local area who want to learn about warehousing & customer service, are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

Current Drivers License

Current Forklift license & Reach truck license (or willing to obtain one)
