About the role

Join the vibrant team with our client as a full-time Paraplanner. In this pivotal role, you will provide critical support to our experienced financial planning advisers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality wealth management services to our valued clients. Working alongside a collaborative and supportive team, you will play a key part in the strategic growth of our Brisbane-based practice.

What you'll be doing

Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to support the financial planning process

Prepare detailed client financial plans, statements of advice and other relevant documents

Liaise with clients to gather information, clarify requirements and present recommendations

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, legislation and industry regulations

Assist with the implementation and ongoing management of client investment and risk strategies

Collaborate closely with the financial planning team to deliver exceptional client outcomes

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our operational processes and client experience

What we're looking for

Tertiary qualification in finance, accounting

Minimum 3 years' experience in a paraplanning or similar supporting role within financial services

Strong analytical, research and report-writing skills

Excellent client service orientation and the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts

Proficient in the use of Xplan financial planning software and Microsoft Office suite

Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Proactive, adaptable and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
