About the role

As an Auto Spray Painter at Auto Mate smash repair', you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of this well-established automotive repair business. This full-time position is based in Orange, NSW 2800, where you will be responsible for expertly painting and refinishing vehicles to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and priming vehicle surfaces for painting

Applying paint following manufacturer's specifications

Ensuring a high-quality, flawless finish on all painted vehicles

Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Collaborating with the wider team to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction

Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

Proven experience as an Auto Spray Painter, ideally within the automotive industry

Excellent knowledge of automotive painting techniques and equipment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines

Relevant qualifications or certifications in automotive painting or refinishing
