About the role

Our team of skilled professionals work together to deliver exceptional results, and we are always seeking talented individuals to join our growing organisation. We currently have a vacancy for a fulltime Motor Body Spray Painter. You will play a vital role in the manufacturing and assembly of high-quality vehicle bodies and components. Helping to contribute to the success of our business through your expertise in welding, fabrication, and vehicle construction.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

Preparation of specialist motor bodies in steel and aluminium prior to spray painting.

Working individually as well as part of a small team of engineering specialists

Operate a variety of power tools and equipment to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard

Collaborate with the production team to ensure all work is completed on schedule and to the required quality

Maintain a safe and organised work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations

About You

Along with your strong work ethic and previous experience in a similar position you'll have/be:

Formal qualifications in spray painting, or equivalent industry experience

Demonstrated expertise in preparation of metals and spray painting.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work from specifications

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve any issues that arise

Full Australian work rights or be a permanent resident - no sponsorship requests permitted

Reliable and punctual
