Remuneration: $88K - $100K pro rata (based on experience) + 17% Super and Leave loading

Location: Kensington, NSW

Why Your Role Matters:

The Administrator will provide high-quality administrative support to the Infection Analytics Program at the Kirby Institute, ensuring the efficient delivery of services to meet operational needs. Reporting to senior academics and the Program Coordinator, this role is responsible for managing a range of administrative functions, including document preparation, meeting coordination, financial processing, database and website maintenance, and stakeholder communications. The Administrator will also support research activities, such as manuscript and grant submissions, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners on program-related projects.

Skills & Experience

  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience combined with either a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Advanced time management, organisational and problem-solving skills, including the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience providing effective support to colleagues or clients at all levels.
  • Highly proficient computer literacy with excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to make sound judgements and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting and contributing to projects and initiatives.
