Little Superheroes is on a mission to redefine the way we care for special needs and neurodivergent children. We believe every child is a superhero in their own right, whether they wear a cape of ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Anxiety, or Cerebral Palsy. And we know that behind every little hero is a team of grown up superheroes: parents, carers, therapists, teachers and support workers doing the work that truly changes lives.

We are now seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our small but mighty team.

About the Role

Part-Time / Casual, 2 days per week to start (opportunity to increase)

Manage your own hours and caseload, designed for flexibility and flow

Access to a pre-existing client base, walk into a warm, trusted environment

Work closely with a small, supportive, and collaborative team

Ongoing professional training and development, you’ll never stop learning here

Upskilling and development in Neurodevelopment

Starting at $46 per hour with opportunity for growth

About You

You’re a qualified Occupational Therapist (AHPRA registered or eligible)

You have a genuine passion for neurodivergent and special needs care

You’re kind, compassionate, and curious, someone who sees the whole child, not just the diagnosis

You’re open to learning new frameworks, including hemispheric brain development and neurodevelopmental models

You’re excited by the idea of helping kids thrive in a space that feels safe, playful, and empowering

Experience in paediatrics or neurodiversity-affirming practice is ideal, but not essential, we’ll support the right person to grow with us
