I'm looking for a Principal Full Stack Developer to drive architectural design, mentor dev teams, and deliver robust, secure, and scalable enterprise applications across the full tech stack.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading the design and development of secure, scalable applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js
• Developing with Ant Design (AntD) to deliver component-driven front-end systems that are both accessible and intuitive.
• Driving technical strategy and architectural decisions across multiple systems.
• Mentoring and guiding engineering teams, leading sprint ceremonies and technical reviews.
• Contributing to CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration (Docker), automated testing and DevOps practices.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver software aligned to roadmap goals.

What You Must Bring:

• Extensive full-stack development experience using React, Node, Express.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Ant Design (AntD).
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript (both frontend and backend).
• Strong Oracle SQL / PL-SQL skills, especially for performance tuning.
• Proven experience driving technical strategy and delivering complex architectural solutions.
• Advanced Git skills, containerisation with Docker, and solid CI/CD experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Experence in government, healthcare or enterprise-level systems a bonus
