About the role

As Principal, you will:

Transform Darwin High and Darwin Middle into a single 7–12 school with cultural responsiveness, authenticity and purpose

Develop and deliver a strategic vision that ensures excellence in teaching, learning and wellbeing

Engage and unite stakeholders—staff, students, families, and community—around a shared mission

Manage significant infrastructure, budgets and staffing across a complex dual-campus environment
