What will you be doing in this role:
Working under a high performing selling Principal you will act as their right arm to manage the A-Z of the listing to settlement process for multiple luxury campaigns.

• Prospect for appraisals and manage the sales pipeline
• Attend appraisals and prepare market research
• Attend photoshoots and styling appointments
• Attend open homes and private inspections
• Follow up buyer inquiry and encourage offers
• Prepare vendor reports
• Prepare for auctions and open homes
• Conduct pre-settlement, pest and building, valuation inspections

The right candidate will have

• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Impeccably presented
• 12 months real estate experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of the Lower North Shore highly desirable
• A current real Estate licence
• A valid NSW drivers licence and reliable car
• Confident communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Experience in prospecting and managing buyers
