As a Warehouse & Fulfilment Crew Member, you'll play a hands-on role in making sure every product gets out the door quickly, accurately, and in perfect condition. Whether it’s packing online orders, receiving containers, or loading pallets for wholesale partners, your work will help fuel the momentum behind two of Australia’s boldest outdoor brands.

This role suits someone who’s reliable, organised, and doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty. If you’ve got energy, common sense, and a bit of hustle - we’ll show you the rest.

What You’ll Do:

Pick and pack orders with speed and accuracy across both brands

Receive inbound stock - unpack, check off, label and store

Load and unload deliveries, from cartons to full pallets

Help with container unpacking and wholesale dispatch

Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and safe

Work with the eComm and wholesale teams to meet daily shipping targets

Assist with stocktakes and inventory organisation

Pitch in on ad hoc jobs - we’re a tight crew and no one's above anything

What We’re Looking For:

Warehouse or retail logistics experience is a bonus - but not a dealbreaker

Strong attention to detail - you double-check before sealing the box

Physically fit - there’s lifting, stacking, and moving gear daily

Can-do attitude and team mindset - we all pitch in to get sh*t done

Good with time - you know how to keep pace and hit deadlines

Forklift licence is a plus

Comfortable using basic tech (e.g. tablets, label printers, scanners)
