The Opportunity:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Solar Installer to take on a leadership role, working on diverse residential and commercial solar projects. You'll be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in every installation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise solar installation teams on residential and commercial sites.

Install and maintain solar PV systems, including panels, inverters, and battery storage.

Ensure all installations comply with Australian standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.

Perform quality control checks and system commissioning.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior installers.

Liaise effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.

Complete necessary documentation and reporting accurately and efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Solar Installer, with a strong track record of successful installations.

Current and unrestricted Electrical Licence in Western Australia.

Solar Accreditation Australia (SAA) accreditation for PV installation. Battery endorsement is highly regarded.

Strong understanding of electrical systems and solar PV principles.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work safely and efficiently at heights and in various weather conditions.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Valid Australian Driver's License.
