Termico Solar Generation is expanding and has a new full time position for an Electrician experienced in Solar PV installation and maintenance (SAA (solar accreditation Australia)/CEC Accredited Solar Installer) in Australia.

About the Role

We are currently expanding our Solar PV business and are looking for an experienced Solar PV Electrician who would like the opportunity to grow with our business. You will be responsible for the overall management of Solar PV installations for Termico Solar Generation.

Your responsibilities

In the initial stages, you will be involved in the installation of solar systems on domestic and commercial sites, and will eventually expand to management of a substantial solar and electrical business. Your general responsibilities are:

§ On site installation of solar PV systems in both domestic and commercial markets

§ Onsite installation of solar battery systems

§ Effectively manage relationships with external contractors & suppliers

§ Oversee install requests / projects including analysing plans and securing required permits

§ Liaise with clients to identify and resolve any on-site installation issues

§ Undertake reviews on Replacement Warranty Claims

§ Review and handle customer complaints

§ Manage and implement business changes where necessary

§ Manage all installation staff and electricians

§ Perform in a manner consistent with OH&S policies and procedures of the company and State Legislation

Experience and qualifications

§ Proven experience in Solar PV installation with full CEC and SAA accreditation

§ Possess a current Western Australia (WA) Full Electrical Licence

§ Hold a current Electrical Contractor's Licence (highly regarded)

§ Valid WA Driver’s Licence

§ Certified in Working at Heights

§ Physically capable of performing job-related duties, including ladder work and manual handling of heavy items using safe techniques

§ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and industry stakeholders

§ Highly self-motivated, energetic, and goal-driven with a strong focus on success

§ Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in people management, as well as a solid understanding of business operations and strategic planning

§ Flexible, adaptable, and solution-focused with a commitment to safe work practices
