Our client is a young, dynamic, and rapidly growing mortgage brokerage based in Sydney, backed by over a decade of experience in residential and commercial lending. Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Processing Assistant to support the internal brokers from end-to-end loan processing. This role is ideal for someone with experience in mortgage or financial services who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare home loan and commercial loan applications, including gathering and organizing all supporting documentation.

Liaise with lenders, clients, and third parties such as solicitors, real estate agents, accountants, and loan platforms.

Collect, verify, and manage documents including income, ID, and asset/liability information.

Monitor applications throughout the approval and settlement process, ensuring timely updates and resolution of issues.

Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements.

Deliver professional, proactive, and responsive service to clients throughout the loan process.

Update and manage CRM and workflow systems to track progress and support efficient operations.

Provide administrative and operational support to the loan team as required.

Requirements:

2–3+ years’ experience in residential, commercial, or related financial lending services.

Solid understanding of mortgage products, policies, and loan procedures.

Quick to learn and adapt—committed to professional development and internal growth opportunities.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with clients, lenders, and stakeholders.

High level of initiative and accountability; able to work independently and within a team.

Passionate about customer service and building long-term client relationships.

Familiar with CRM, loan lodgement, and aggregation platforms.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Google Drive, OneDrive, and database systems.

Fluent English and Mandarin speaking & writing skill is required but not essential
