Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Boilermakers and Fitters for a long-term role based in Mackay, QLD. Excellent earning potential with a 10-day rotating roster and all site costs covered. Starting 11th August.

💰 $7,670 gross pay per 10-day swing

🔁 10-day roster: 5 days / 5 nights / 5 days off

🚀 Immediate starts on – 11th August (Fitters) and 25th of August (Boilermakers)

Pay Rates:
Day Shift:

$52/hr – Base

$65/hr – OT1

$78/hr – OT2

Night Shift:

$65/hr – Base (first 8 hours)

$78/hr – OT (after 8 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform fabrication, welding, and general maintenance duties

Follow safety procedures and site protocols

Work both day and night shifts as part of a rotating roster

Maintain high standards of workmanship and reliability

Requirements:

Trade-qualified Boilermaker

Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening

Strong commitment to safety and team culture

Experience in mining, industrial, or site-based work (preferred)
