ARG Workforce is seeking qualified Boilermakers to join a leading engineering team at in a Mackay workshop. You'll be working on brand-new fabrication project in a clean, modern workshop with a steady pipeline of work for the next 15 months or more.

• 10–12 hour shifts, 6 days per week – strong earning potential

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Brand-new fabrication of coal processing equipment
• Heavy structural work with heavy-gauge steel
• Welding, assembly, and layout to engineering drawings
• Ensuring high precision and quality standards
• Working in a fast-paced, production-oriented workshop

The successful applicants will have the following:

• Trade-qualified Boilermaker / Welder
• Experience in heavy fabrication or mining-related manufacturing
• Skilled in MIG welding, layout, and structural assembly
• Committed to safety, accuracy, and meeting production targets
• Willing to work long hours and rotating shifts if required
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
• Must live in Mackay or have local accommodation
