Are you an experienced warehouse administrator looking to advance your career? Our client is seeking a driven and capable Warehouse/Freight Administrator to support the Warehouse Manager and contribute to a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule freight shipments with sales, clients and freight forwarders
* Support warehouse manager(s) in daily tasks as required
* Prepare and verify all freight documentation, delivery dockets, invoices, packing slips, and relevant customer documentation
* Ensure freight is correctly labelled and compliant with transportation regulations
* Track shipments and communicate updates to internal teams and external stakeholders
* Work with the carrier, sales and the client to communicate and resolve delivery or freight issues
* Maintain accurate freight pricing in conjunction with Sales and overall business strategy
* Monitor freight costs from carriers and report discrepancies

Experience in a warehouse administration or freight environment.
Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
