Responsibilities

Customer Service team member to support your Supply Chain Consolidation Project

• Preferred Location/Site: Open to candidates based in the following location Cheltenham (MEL)
• Start Date & Working Hours: Immediate start preferred, pending cost approval. Standard working hours will be 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Reporting Line & Team Structure: This role will report directly , ANZ Customer Service and Outbound Manager (cc’d in the original email)

Your Profile

The successful candidate will require training in JD Edwards (JDE), Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive. Key tasks will include sales order entry, invoicing, use of online transport systems to create consignments and track deliveries, and regular communication with both customers and internal stakeholders.

• Duration: 8-week temporary assignment
• Rate: $34 per hour
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
