The Company: We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to join a busy People & Culture team in a rewarding and fast-paced environment. If you thrive on accuracy, love process, and want to support an organisation that values its people, this role is for you.

The Role:

  • Processing fortnightly payroll, including terminations, bonuses, and adjustments
  • Managing employee data and maintaining accurate records for pay, leave, and entitlements
  • Reconciling PAYG, superannuation, FBT, and other payroll deductions
  • Providing payroll advice and reports to managers and staff
  • Supporting upgrades and improvements to payroll systems and processes
  • Ensuring all timesheets and changes are received and actioned before each payroll run
  • Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy across all payroll operations
