About the Role: You’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial sales and leasing opportunities, working with a wide range of clients across retail, office, and industrial sectors. Your role will include:

• Prospecting for new business and building client relationships
• Negotiating lease and sales transactions
• Conducting inspections and preparing property appraisals
• Working closely with a dedicated support team to deliver outstanding service

What We’re Looking For: This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate who’s looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced, respected team environment.

• Proven track record in commercial leasing and/or sales
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Self-motivated, professional, and highly organized
• Current real estate registration or license (SA)
• A strong network within the Adelaide commercial property market is a plus
