We are a small, community-focused physiotherapy clinic in Devonport, dedicated to providing exceptional care to our clients. Our friendly team is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Casual Receptionist to join us in creating a welcoming environment for our patients.

The Role

As our receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a warm and professional experience. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is organized, and thrives in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting and checking in patients with a friendly and professional manner

- Managing appointment bookings, phone inquiries, and email correspondence

- Processing payments and handling basic administrative tasks

- Maintaining a clean and organised reception area

- Assisting the allied health providers as needed

What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Basic computer skills (experience with booking systems a plus but not essential)

- A positive, can-do attitude and a team player mentality

- Availability to work flexible hours, occasionally at short notice

- Previous reception or administrative experience is desirable but not required

- A minimum of 6 hours work per week: Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 12:00PM - 2:00PM
