Kelman Electrical is on the lookout for a motivated A Grade Electrician with solar and battery experience to help shape the future of our renewables division.

Based in Mandurah and soon relocating to the Peel Business Park in Stakehill, we’re a close-knit team that values integrity, quality workmanship, and exceptional service. This role offers the chance to lead and grow within a dynamic environment, with flexibility to tailor the position to your experience and career goals.

We’re looking for someone who brings initiative, critical thinking, and a collaborative mindset to the table.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing

You'll be tackling a broad range of work including:

Residential projects – new builds, renovations

Light commercial – shop fit-outs and upgrades

Solar & battery installations

Air conditioning installations

General maintenance, fault-finding, and service work

💸 What We Offer

$45–$55/hour (based on experience)

9-day fortnight – enjoy a long weekend every second week!

Fully equipped company vehicle & iPad

✅ What You’ll Need

Valid WA A Grade Electrical Licence

Manual driver’s licence

White Card

Full working rights in Australia

Police clearance

Solid experience in service, maintenance, and installs

Great attitude, self-motivation, and strong communication skills

Pride in your work and professionalism

Ability to work independently or as part of a team
