Administration Support Officer - Residential Care

Permanent Full Time - 76/80 hours per fortnight (negotiable)

REDHS are seeking a talented and friendly Administration Support Officer to provide exceptional administration support to our Yalukang Residential Care service. This diverse and busy role will provide reception and administrative services for our Residential Care Manager, REDHS employees, contractors, residents, family members and visitors to our residential care facility. Do you have a caring and compassionate personality and enjoy working with a range of people? This may be the role for you!

The successful applicant will need:

Excellent communication skills, ability to work autonomously and prioritise your workload

Demonstrated computing skills across the Microsoft suite and other programs utilised within the Residential Care service

Highly developed organisational skills, attention to detail and accurate date entry

Ability to provide a friendly, courteous and professional greeting and support to all residents, family members, visitors and staff

Rochester and Elmore District Health Service (REDHS) is situated in Rochester which is the gateway to the mighty Murray River region and close to the regional centres of Echuca, Bendigo and Shepparton.

We are an integrated rural health service, providing a broad range of acute, residential aged care, preventative and primary health programs to a population of approximately 8,600 people in the Campaspe and Bendigo Shires.

We enjoy a strong relationship with our community and we are focused on delivering services that meet their needs.

Following the flood in October 2022, we commenced an extensive rebuild of our facility which was completed in January 2025.
