Implant Patient Coordinator:

This newly created role of an Implant Patient Coordinator is a permanent part-time position, and offers an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to grow and shape the role. As this is a new position, some flexibility around working days and hours may be needed as we refine the role together.

In this position, you’ll work closely with our Treatment Coordinator and play a key role in guiding patients through their implant journey—from the first consultation to post-treatment care.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and discuss implant treatment options with patients in a compassionate and informative manner

Coordinate treatment plans and liaise with clinicians and specialists

Provide ongoing support to patients throughout their treatment

Assist the wider team in delivering a high standard of patient care

Dental Assisting during implant treatment

General stock control and ordering

Availability
This is a part-time role with a minimum of 30 hours per week. Some flexibility is required as we continue to shape the role. You must be available for the following core hours:

Monday – 9:00am to 5:30pm (1-hour lunch)

Tuesday – 9:00am to 5:30pm (1-hour lunch)

Thursday – 9:00am to 5:30pm (1-hour lunch)

Friday – 9:00am to 5:30pm (1-hour lunch)

Dental Assistant:

Are you a motivated and compassionate Dental Assistant looking to work permanent part-time, and make a real difference in patients' lives? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our modern, patient-focused dental practice. Whether you're experienced or recently qualified, this is your opportunity to work in a warm, professional environment where your skills and care will be truly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during a wide range of dental procedures

Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials in accordance with infection control protocols

Provide exceptional patient care and support before, during, and after procedures

Maintain accurate patient records and manage clinical documentation

Perform sterilisation and disinfection of instruments and equipment

Contribute to the overall smooth running of the practice

Availability
This is a permanent part-time role. A minimum of 34 hours per week, with the addition of 5.5 hours every second Saturday, if required.

Tuesday – 8:30am to 5:30pm (1-hour lunch)

Wednesday – 8:30am to 7:00pm (1-hour lunch)

Thursday – 8:30am to 6:00pm (1-hour lunch)

Friday – 8:30am to 5:30pm (1-hour lunch)

Saturday (every second Saturday, if required) – 8:00am to 1:30pm (no lunch)

Sterilising Assistant

Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about maintaining a safe and clean clinical environment? We are currently seeking a dedicated Sterilising Assistant to join our supportive dental team. In this an essential permanent part-time role, you will play a vital part in infection control and ensuring our practice runs smoothly and safely for both patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Clean, disinfect, and sterilise all dental instruments and equipment according to infection control protocols and standards

Maintain and monitor sterilisation equipment (autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners, etc.)

Organise and restock consumables

Ensure all sterilisation records and logs are accurately maintained and up to date

Assist with general cleaning duties, in both clinical and general areas, to maintain a hygienic environment

Support the dental team with setup and pack-down of treatment rooms when needed

Dental Assisting if required

Availability
This is a permanent part-time role with a minimum of 30.5 hours per week.

Monday – 9:30am to 5:30pm (1-hour lunch)

Tuesday – 9:30am to 5:30pm (1-hour lunch)

Wednesday – 9:00am to 7:00pm (1-hour lunch)

Thursday – 9:30am to 6:00pm (1-hour lunch)

What We’re Looking For (Our-Must-Haves)

Certificate III in Dental Assisting

For the Implant Patient Coordinator role: a strong understanding of dental implants, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience

A genuine passion for patient care—especially when supporting patients who are nervous or anxious about dental visits

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive in your work

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team

Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Haves)

Certificate IV in Dental Assisting

Experience using CareStack Practice Management Software

Reside locally in the Rockingham area
