Your Role
Provide therapy and functional assessments for clients (NDIS, children, adults, aged care)
Deliver services in the clinic and community – including homes, schools, and preschools
Shape your caseload around your interests – sensory, life skills, mental health, and more
Work alongside speech pathologists, OTs, and admin support as part of a multidisciplinary team
Engage in reflective practice, mentoring, and goal-setting to grow your skills and confidence
You’ll Need
AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
Positive, compassionate mindset and willingness to learn
Strong communication, documentation, and organisational skills
Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (for community visits)
Valid Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening, and Police Check
