Shopping Centre Site located in Inner-West Sydney

Available Roles:

Cleaning Supervisor / Machine Operator

Lead the cleaning team and ensure high-performance delivery using advanced cleaning machinery.

Operate auto-scrubbers and edge mopping equipment across large floor areas

Conduct pre-start checks and ensure machinery is maintained

Monitor cleaning standards and report any issues or hazards

Liaise with site contacts and ensure compliance with site protocols

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in machine operation and team supervision

Familiarity with WH&S procedures and cleaning audits

Ability to troubleshoot equipment and train others

Strong communication and leadership skills

Floor Buffing & Burnishing Specialist

Deliver high-gloss finishes and maintain hard floor surfaces to premium standards.

Operate buffing and burnishing machines on vinyl, terrazzo, and timber floors

Apply sealants and polish as required

Identify wear and tear and recommend maintenance solutions

Work in high-traffic areas with minimal disruption

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in floor care and machine handling

Understanding of surface types and appropriate treatments

Ability to work independently and meet visual presentation standards

Knowledge of slip resistance and safety compliance

Detailed Toilet Cleaning Specialist

Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, basins, partitions, and floors

Replenish consumables and maintain stock levels

Use colour-coded systems and follow infection control protocols

Report plumbing or maintenance issues promptly

Skills & Experience:

High attention to detail and commitment to hygiene

Familiarity with chemical handling and PPE usage

Ability to work efficiently and discreetly

Glass & Travellator Cleaning Specialist

Clean internal and external glass panels using streak-free techniques

Detail travellator treads, rails, and surrounds using safe methods

Use extension poles and water-fed systems where required

Conduct visual inspections and report faults or obstructions

Skills & Experience:

Experience in glass cleaning and working at heights (preferred)

Understanding of travellator mechanics and safe cleaning practices

Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet presentation standards

Strong safety awareness and manual handling skills
