At Malvern Physiotherapy Clinic, we pride ourselves on prioritising exceptional care — for our clients and our staff. We’re looking for a Physio-trained Clinical Pilates Instructor to take over established 1:3 Clinical Pilates classes in our purpose-built studio.

About the Role

Deliver small group (1:3) Clinical Pilates sessions tailored to each participant’s condition and goals. You'll use your knowledge of pathology, load management, strength and conditioning, and Pilates to provide high-quality, individualised care.

Several blocks of classes available, including Monday mornings and Saturday mornings (other days also possible)

Employed initially as casual or permanent part-time

Almost entirely private-fee paying clientele

Option to observe current classes to build confidence before taking over

Start date flexible

What We’re Looking For

A qualified, AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist

Prior experience in group Clinical Pilates (or willingness to complete in-house training)

Ability to problem-solve and adapt exercises based on client needs

Empathetic, team-oriented mindset with great communication skills

Commitment to learning and delivering excellent care
