Your Role

We are seeking a passionate Physiotherapist to join our thriving clinic on a full-time, 1 year fixed-term basis. This role also involves exciting opportunities for sports coverage, career growth, and mentorship. You’ll be working closely with elite teams, including the Sandringham Sabres (NBL1. Previous physios in this role have progressed to careers in the NBL).

There’s also the potential for a shared role with the Sandringham Football Club, a steppingstone into AFL pathways.

Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Managing a full-time clinical caseload in our multidisciplinary team

Providing holistic, patient-centred care with a long-term focus on health and performance

Building strong relationships with GPs, specialists, trainers, and local sporting clubs

Contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture

Taking part in structured mentoring and CPD

Representing SSP in sporting team coverage (Sabres, and potentially Sandringham FC)

About You

Ideally, you are a motivated, team-focused and experienced Physiotherapist who is passionate about growth – both clinical and professional. You’ll bring:

A Physiotherapy degree and AHPRA registration

Experience working in a multidisciplinary team

A positive, collaborative mindset

A strong work ethic and commitment to learning

Bonus: Previous sports coverage experience or an interest in pursuing elite sports physiotherapy
