What You’ll Be Doing

Support the delivery of donor-focused campaigns across digital, print and telemarketing channels

Help identify and engage prospective legacy supporters using insights and data

Collaborate on the creation of inspiring and informative content about leaving a gift in a Will

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver campaign activities

Use CRM tools (like Salesforce) to assist in journey tracking, reporting and optimisation

Contribute to a culture of learning, growth and continuous improvement within the team

What You’ll Bring

2+ years’ experience in fundraising, donor engagement or marketing – direct marketing or Gif in Wills giving a bonus

A genuine interest in donor care, supporter journeys and relationship-building

Familiarity with CRMs (like Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge or similar) and a willingness to grow data confidence

Strong communication, writing, and organisational skills

Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media advertising, email marketing, and surveys

A collaborative, curious mindset with a passion for learning and making a positive impact

Tertiary qualification in Fundraising, Marketing, Communications or similar (desirable, not essential)

We provide evidence-based advice, information, education, employment support, and around the clock support through our residential care services, as well as contributing funds to MS research.
