The Role

We are looking for a Meat Packer with knife adn bandsaw skills to join our Team at Food Service production line. Hours of work are: Monday - Friday 3.00am to 11.30am and Saturday 2am to 7:30am.

Your day to day will involve:

Picking and packing items in cool room

Manual handling up to 25kg

Filleting, trimming, de-boning, portioning and skinning fresh meat products

Operating bandsaw

Following safe food handling and hygiene practices.

About you:

Pick and Pack experience a plus.

Knife handling skills is a must

Experience in operating various packaging and labelling machines.

Experience in operating bandsaw.

Attention to detail.

Able to work in a cold environment (5 degrees).
