What you'll be doing

Assist qualified nursing staff with the provision of patient care, including administering medications, monitoring patients, and providing personal care

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and observations

Contribute to the implementation of care plans to meet individual patient needs

Ensure a clean, safe and organised clinical environment

Actively participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

Certificate III in Health Services Assistance or equivalent qualification

Demonstrated experience as an Assistant in Nursing or in a similar role within a healthcare setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families and the healthcare team

Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Current Australian registration or the ability to obtain registration
