Our esteemed luxury apartment hotel is centrally located in Sorrento. Our property features 7 elegantly appointed apartments. We are seeking enthusiastic Housekeeping & Laundry Attendants with a proactive and positive approach to support our housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and a seamless guest experience behind the scenes.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a room attendant or cleaner (preferred but not essential)

Ability to handle physically demanding tasks

Strong attention to detail & a positive attitude

Commitment to high cleanliness & hygiene standards

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain guest rooms, storage areas, and common areas to a high standard

Ensure guest supplies and room materials are fully stocked

Report lost property and follow correct procedures

Handle equipment safely and report any defects

Assist with regular stock checks of housekeeping supplies

Adhere to health & safety guidelines for cleaning products

Communicate maintenance issues

Changing beds

Cleaning shower and bathrooms

Operate laundry machinery

Manage linen flow and ensure top-quality linen results for guest rooms

Keep our laundry area clean and organised

Assist with trolley prep, and ensure chemical supplies are stocked adequately
