We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our small, progressive team. This role is perfect for an OT who values:

Flexibility and freedom to set your own hours and work alongside our admin team for us to take all the admin tasks and complete them for you

Autonomy in your work, with support and in-depth supervision provided (AND PAID FOR)

Rewarding pay for quality, client-centred outcomes

You’ll work with NDIS participants that you want – you get to choose your caseload.

Located in Melbourne with participants allocated according to your location.

Ongoing opportunities for group work, remote and travel-based assessments – open to ideas and areas in which you want to progress are welcomed and encouraged.

Ran solely by an OT – Ben is one of you and understands how to best make this work fulfilling and achievable.

What You’ll Need

Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration

Experience in NDIS or aged care (or willingness to learn)

Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Current WWCC, Police Check, and NDIS Worker Screening
