We’re looking for a qualified, full-time Senior Dog Trainer to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver structured training programs tailored to individual dogs and group sessions

Mentor and support junior trainers, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and high standards

Drive the team to meet training KPIs, program goals, and client satisfaction targets

Observe, assess, and document canine behaviour using industry-standard techniques

Manage and monitor group dynamics to maintain a safe, stimulating and controlled environment

Apply positive reinforcement techniques consistently and effectively

Communicate professionally with clients, providing clear feedback and progress reports

Contribute to and support our content creation and digital strategy, sharing your expertise through engaging social media updates

Essential Requirements

Formal qualification in dog training or animal behaviour

Minimum 3 years hands-on experience training dogs of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments

Proven leadership ability and a strong sense of accountability

Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team

Confidence in handling multiple dogs in both structured and dynamic settings

Physical capability to manage and safely handle medium to large dogs

Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written

A positive, professional attitude and a genuine passion for canine wellbeing

Strong social media skills and comfort with content creation (photos/videos/stories)
