We are looking for an experienced support worker to work with participants with complex behaviours. The role involves assisting with personal care and social shifts. Must be able to work as part of a team.

The successful candidate must have an understanding of the industry.

Work in a SIL property.

Be able to work with complex behaviours and follow a BSP.

Be available for flexible shifts.

Have the ability to maintain client confidentiality.

Have a current first aid/CPR certificate or a willingness to acquire

Must be able to work as part of a team.

Shifts are varied. Staff need to be able to work varying shifts across the week. 15 hours a week.
