Your primary responsibility will be to support our participants to have the choice, control, and independence to live their best life. We are currently seeking experienced support workers in Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney, Perth, Darwin, Hobart, Canberra, and Brisbane.

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, the following skills and experience are essential:

Experience with Physical and Mental Disabilities- Specifically with MND, Parkinsons and other Neurological Disorders.

Support Workers must also have experience with providing Personal Care

6 months prior experience

Clear and effective communication skills and understanding of LGBTQ community

Mandatory Requirements:

Car and valid Australian Driver's License

Well spoken and written English

Proof of right to work within Australia

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Completed NDIS Orientation Module

Current FA & CPR Certificates

Cert IV Disability or other relevant qualifications

Must have at least 6 months experience

Ability to start immediately
