The Opportunity: This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute significantly to our continued growth in the dental industry. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our diverse range of dental products to a wide array of dental practitioners, including dentists, hygienists, and specialists, within your assigned territory in South East Queensland.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.
Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on our comprehensive dental product portfolio, understanding their clinical applications and benefits.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with dental practitioners, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Clinical Consultations: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for dental professionals, showcasing the value and efficacy of our solutions.
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to effectively position our products.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans for your territory to maximise market penetration and achieve objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with our internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
Proven sales experience, ideally within the dental industry.
A clinical understanding of dental practices and procedures is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
A natural ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work autonomously.
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid Australian Driver's License and willingness to travel extensively within South East Queensland.
