About the Role:
We are looking for reliable, team-oriented security professionals to work in dynamic, high-traffic environments across Sydney. These roles involve a mix of indoor and outdoor duties, including:

Gatehouse operations – managing vehicle access, monitoring intercoms, and ensuring site entry compliance

Patrols – conducting regular inspections and maintaining a visible security presence

Customer service tasks – assisting visitors, responding to queries, and supporting site teams

Control Centre monitoring – overseeing alarms, CCTV, and coordinating responses from a central hub

We are offering Permanent Full-Time, Part-Time, and Casual positions, with flexible shifts available across multiple locations.

What You'll Be Doing (more specific responsibilities will be detailed to the successful candidates):

Conducting regular patrols and inspections

Providing a visible presence to deter theft and anti-social behaviour

Managing gatehouse access and vehicle movements

Responding to incidents and escalating when needed

Delivering excellent customer service

Completing reports, logs, and basic computer tasks

Collaborating with site teams and fellow officers

What We’re Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you must:

Have flexible availability to meet the needs of your assigned site(s).

Hold a current Security Licence and First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)

Be physically fit and capable of working in varied environments.

Be comfortable wearing required PPE (e.g. safety boots, high-vis vest)

Be comfortable working around heavy vehicles (e.g., semi-trailers, B-doubles) if required.

Demonstrate strong teamwork, communication, and reliability

Be confident using basic computer systems and completing written logs
