About the Project

This is not your average build. We're partnering with a leading Tier 2 builder to appoint 2x General Foremen for a $200M high-spec new-build residential project.

With construction just kicking off, they’re looking for 2 x General Foremen to take ownership of major work zones and deliver clean, safe, and structured site execution from the ground up.

This builder is known for doing things properly — strong systems, sharp programming, and a culture that values clarity, communication, and professional pride.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead all daily site operations across your assigned area
• Coordinate subcontractors, track progress, and keep things moving
• Monitor safety, compliance, and site presentation
• Support the Site Manager with short-term programming and sequencing
• Oversee high-end finishes and trades – nothing leaves your area without sign-off
• Take ownership of defects, quality checks, and clean handovers

What You’ll Bring

• Solid experience as a General Foreman, Foreman, or Leading Hand on large residential or aged care projects
• Track record with Tier 2 or strong Tier 3 builders in Sydney
• Strong sequencing knowledge and attention to detail — you're across the detail, not chasing it
• Carpentry background highly regarded
• Team-first mindset and pride in what you build
