About the role

Flesser's Bakery in Canungra, Queensland is seeking a qualified Baker/Pastrycook to join our skilled team. This full-time position includes early morning starts Monday to Friday. Applicants who wish to work less than 5 days a week would be considered. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced baker or pastry cook to contribute to the continued success of our well-established bakery. You will play a key part in the production of high-quality baked goods, using your expertise to uphold our reputation for delicious and freshly-made bread, pastries and cakes.

What you'll be doing

Skills in preparation and baking of a variety of breads, pastries, pies, cakes and other baked items

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, following all food safety and hygiene protocols

Ensuring all products meet our strict quality and presentation requirements

Monitoring and maintaining equipment to support efficient and safe production

Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Providing excellent customer service to our retail customers

What we're looking for

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality baked goods

Excellent time management and ability to work efficiently under pressure

Ability to work unsupervised, be reliable and punctual

Passion for baking and enthusiasm for creating delicious products
